BizzyBots is an AI sales assistant for service businesses, made by Cleanoria LLC (“Cleanoria”, “we”, “us”). It answers leads from platforms such as Yelp and Thumbtack on behalf of the businesses that use it. This policy explains what information we collect on bizzybots.ai and in the BizzyBots service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a trial or contact us: your name, phone number, email address, company website, industry and approximate number of leads per month.
• Sign in with Google. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares with us your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier. We request only the basic scopes openid, email and profile. We do not get access to your Gmail, contacts, files, calendar or any other Google data.
• Account and business data. If your business uses BizzyBots: account details, your prices and service rules, and settings for connected platforms (for example Yelp, Thumbtack or your CRM).
• Conversations with your customers. To answer leads, BizzyBots processes the messages, names, phone numbers, addresses and job details that customers send to your business through connected platforms. We handle this information on behalf of your business and only to provide the service to it.
• Technical data. Basic logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and cookies. Our landing pages use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure visits and trial requests from our ads; no form contents are sent to Google Analytics. See how Google uses this data; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. When you request a trial, our server also reports that request to Meta (Facebook) to measure our ads. We send your email and phone number only in hashed (one-way) form, together with the ad click ID, IP address and browser type. Meta uses this to match the request to an ad; it does not receive the contents of your form. Our site does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

2. How we use information

• to create and secure your account and let you sign in;
• to set up and provide BizzyBots: reply to leads, quote prices by your rules, follow up and hand conversations to your team;
• to respond to your requests and send service messages about your account;
• to measure and improve our website, ads and service.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

3. Google user data

Information received from Google is used only to sign you in, to create or link your BizzyBots account, and to show your name and email inside the service. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service, for security, or to comply with law. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove BizzyBots’ access at any time in your Google Account settings.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run BizzyBots, under obligations to protect it: cloud hosting, AI model providers that generate replies, phone and messaging providers, email delivery, and the platforms your business connects (such as Yelp, Thumbtack or your CRM). We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our users and service.

5. Retention

We keep information while your account is active or as long as needed to provide the service. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information unless we must keep it by law.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and limited staff access to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to mikhail.gorin@gmail.com. Customers of businesses that use BizzyBots can also contact that business directly.

8. Children

BizzyBots is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, notify account holders.
